Apple Pay Gains 40 more Supported Banks

Apple has today announced that they are working with 40 more banks to bring Apple Pay to their credit and debit cards. This brings the running total of banks that work with Apple Pay to nearly 800. If you have a credit or debit card with one of the following banks you can now add your card to Apple Pay. Those new banks are:

  • Bangor Savings Bank
  • Bank of Bourbonnais
  • Bank of Clovis
  • Bank of the Pacific
  • Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union
  • BHCU
  • Cardinal Bank
  • Corning Credit Union
  • First Financial Credit Union (IL)
  • First National Bank of Trenton
  • First Nations Bank
  • First Republic Bank
  • Flint Area School Employees Credit Union
  • Glass City Federal Credit Union
  • Guaranty Bank and Trust Company
  • Hawthorn Bank
  • Hills Bank and Trust Company

To setup Apple Pay go to the Wallet app > Add card. Then scan your card, enter in the security code, and you’re all done. Now you can make purchases in-store with an iPhone 6 or newer or in apps with most of Apple’s latest iDevices.
