Apple has today launched their mobile payment service in China. This is their fifth country to support Apple Pay. Right now Apple Pay is limited to users with UnionPay, but more supporters are expected to arrive soon.
This now means that users with an iPhone 6 or newer can make payments with their fingerprint in stores and within apps. It also works on the iPad mini 3 or newer and iPad Air 2 or newer. However, these are only in apps, not stores.
To add a card, go to Settings > Wallet > Add card. Then scan your card, enter in the security code, and you’re all good to go.
