Apple has today released iOS 9.3.1, which includes major bug fix. This version fixes an issue where apps would crash after a link was clicked. This was reported to be happening in Safari, Chrome, Mail, and other third-party apps. When a link was clicked or long pressed on, the app would freeze or crash. This update fixes that issue.
To get this update, go to Settings > General > Software update > iOS 9.3.1. It’s a small update and shouldn’t take long to download.
