Siri for Mac Spotted in Leaked Images

In the past few months, there have been many rumors that Siri would finally arrive on Macs. We’ve been hearing about this for many years now, but it seems like it’s official now.

In new images obtained by MacRumors, a colorful Siri icon can be found in the dock. We also see a button in the menu bar. According to sources, when either button is clicked, a Siri waveform will show up and the user can start speaking to the computer.

We’re also told that there is an option to enable “Hey Siri” voice activation. However, it is turned off by default.

We’re expecting to finally see Siri on the Mac with OS X 10.12. This is Apple’s next version of OS X, which is set to be announced mid-June at WWDC.
