Apple Seeds iOS 10 Beta 3

The third beta of iOS 10 has just been seeded to developers. We find this release two weeks after the last one. This update is available OTA via the Settings app. If you do not yet have this OS installed yet, you can download it from the Apple Developer Center.

With this beta we find some minor UI tweaks, but nothing major. Here’s everything that’s new with this beta:

  • There is a vibration on the iPhone 6s or a new sound on older devices when locking it.
  • New accessibility option allows the device to be unlocked by resting finger on Touch ID.
  • The new keyboard sound found in beta 1 is back in beta 3.
  • There is a new page in Siri Settings showing you the apps that work with Siri.
  • 3D Touching on an app will now show the app name after the word “Share”. Before, it just said share.

On top of that, we also see some other minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
