We’re Going off the Grid

Dear Reader,

We wanted to bring to your attention that we’re going to be out of the office from March 27th to March 31st. Because of that, there will be limited to no new articles of the website. During that time, we’ll be taking all our staff on a cruise to make a short film for Carnival. As you may know, filmmaking is a big part of what we do and making videos is important to us. We’ll need as much help as we can get, which is why we’re pulling all our staff out of the office.

We’ve posted a video above detailing this and where you will notice our absence. Because of that fact that there isn’t (free) Wi-Fi on board, and we may not get cellular service, there will be limited to no articles on this website. We’ll also not be posting and active on social networks, like Twitter, Google+, Instagram, and Snapchat. Since YouTube allows for scheduling of videos, you’ll continue to see new videos as planned. They will just not be added to the website or shared on the Tech Letter.

Here is everything that will not be updated while we’re gone:

  • New articles/article posts of new videos
  • Social media
  • Tech Letter

Furthermore, we may not be able to meet our 24 hour or less deadline for emails and support. Because of that, we apologize if you are having an issue with our software and need help.

Again, we’re currently unsure about the Internet connectivity situation. There may be a way that we can post things, so you may see some new articles on the website or social media. Just keep in mind that it may not be as much as we usually do.

We’re sorry for any inconveniences and if you have comments or questions let us know. You can leave a comment below or email us at support@iappletech128.com. See you next week!
